A female computer science major at Stanford: “Floored” by the sexism

The treatment of women in STEM fields, especially in Silicon Valley, has been a subject of ongoing debate. Just last week, the New York Times published an article about  a female Stanford computer science major’s allegations of abuse by her mentor and former boyfriend (allegations he denied).
